                                                         We invite you to make Peteridge,  a Landmark Antique Estate sited above Cunningham Pond in Historic Peterborough New Hampshire,  your very own Country Retreat.  Our fabulous home includes three distinct houses, all comfortably furnished with sturdy Antiques, Fine china, Italian Linen and everything you need for a memorable get-away or relocation home.    Each private Living Room is stocked with books and DVDs, Games, Big screen TV's, free phones and Wireless Internet. Stay for a weekend , week or longer.  Some guests have enjoyed their stay so much that they return year after year with family and friends.  Walk the path  to the town beach  or up Pack Monadnock Mt.  Hundreds of acres of woods and fields abut the property.  Cunningham Pond is very clean and lovely for fishing and swimming.  As with most antiques, Peteridge is right off the main road.   Available for short or long tern rentals. The Carriage House at Peteridge is  our largest home with two Master Suites including sitting rooms, marble bath and jetted tubs. Comfortably sleeps 8-12 with plenty of room to entertain.   The Carriage House is spacious, unique and extremely comfortable.  Enter into the huge (25X40) living room with 42” TV and Gas Fireplace.  The open kitchen features an AGA  gas stove and Butlers Pantry with 2 huge refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks.   The dining table seats 10 and is adjacent to the French Doors  to the patio with grill, a great place for morning coffee or cocktails. 
The 2 master suites, on the 1st (king)and 2nd (queen) floors, feature Sitting Rooms and Luxurious Marble Baths with Jacuzzi Tubs and  showers. The 3rd BR upstairs has king or twin beds and it’s own 1/2 bath.  Full Laundry for your convenience.

Built in 1771, this beautiful five bedroom antique farmhouse is charmingly furnished, has four working wood-burning fireplaces, a sun-filled breakfast nook and melon-colored sunroom, and original wide plank pumpkin pine floors throughout. The Farm sits on six tranquil acres loaded with blueberries, elderberries, apple and pear trees, and a variety of herbs (it used to be a working organic farm). Located in the town of Rindge, close to the antique shops and live theatre of Peterborough and Jaffrey, the Farm is an easy drive up from Boston, but is world's away from hectic city life. Sit by the fire or in the sunroom, cook up something with the Farm's fresh herbs or fruits, sip a glass of wine, read, write, hike, or relax -- or take a short drive to see stunning fall foliage, climb Mount Monadnock, troll nearby antique stores, or to find a variety of nearby outdoor activities (hiking, biking, boating, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, golf, swimming).

Here is the the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a serene, nature-filled week in the country. Walk the grounds and you may spot the deer, fox, or wild turkey that often roam the property -- or simply make the Farm your comfortable and quiet home-away from home while attending a famly member's wedding at the Woodbound Inn or Cathedral of the Pines. The Farm comes with a fully equipped kitchen and several rooms in which to enjoy your meals. Then, gather in the living room or sunroom with family or friends for some wine and scrabble, or escape to the reading library or lovely master bedroom for some fireside solitude.
