The Carriage House

The 2 master suites feature luxurious baths with Jacuzzi tubs and stall showers. The ground floor Master Suite is handicap accessible.  The upstairs Master Suite has an adjoining room with two twin beds, perfect for families with children. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds (can be changed into a king if requested) and its own 1/2 bath.  The Carriage House sleeps 8-10.

Short and long term rentals are available.  Rental rates are $250 per night for weekends (Friday and Saturday) and $225 per night for weekdays.  Weekly rentals are available at a rate of $1,400.  All rentals require a 3-night minimum and a $150 cleaning fee.  Pets are welcome with a $25/night pet fee, $75 maximum fee. 

The Porch House

The two bedrooms are warm and inviting, one with a adjoining room with two twin beds, perfect for families with children.  There are two full baths, a kitchenette and front and back porches (one screened).  The Porch House sleeps 6-8. 

Short and long term rentals are available.  Rental rates are $225 per night for weekends (Friday and Saturday) and $175 per night for weekdays.  Weekly rentals are available at a rate of $1,200.  All rentals require a 3-night minimum and a $150 cleaning fee.  Sorry - no pets in the Porch House. 

 Rental rates are subject to change and may be higher on holidays and for special events.
