Creating places for Family and Friends to gather has been a big focus for me  during  busy career as an artist and inventor.  I love to solve the aesthetic and spacial puzzles that old homes present, creating welcoming spaces that inspire community.  In 2007, along with my son Vajra and his wife Ayaka, I formed Higher Estates, a property management company dedicated to bringing the highest possible level of vacation living to our friends, old and new.  We have currently available year round Bed and Breakfast and rental properties in Manhattan, New York City, Peterborough, NH and Whitefield, NH.  To see our New York Penthouses- please visit www.higherestates.com

Family and Fun
